Our approach

    Your body sets the rules.

Balance Golf's way of working starts with a simple truth: every body is different. Your spine rotates at its own angle, your hips have their own range, your shoulders move their way. When coaching ignores that, the body compensates. And compensations cost you distance, consistency and, over time, your joints.

    Personal fundamentals

Your setup. Built for your body.

Balance Golf works with Personal Fundamentals, a setup built around how your body actually moves, not around a standard. Ball position, posture and stance are calculated from your unique measurements and mobility, so your swing can flow freely without compensations.

    Ball position

    Ball position

Where the ball should be relative to your personal center, so the club can move freely through impact without compensating.

    Posture

    Posture

Your personal spine angle: the forward tilt from your hips that helps your body find the right balance, rotation and swing plane based on how you're built.

    Stance

Foot angles, width and placement, calculated from a complete picture of your measurements and mobility, from feet and hips up to shoulders and core.

    The Angular Force Plane

Where your body produces maximum power. Naturally.

Every body has a natural arc of motion, a plane where movement flows without friction and force is released fully. That's the Angular Force Plane.

When your setup aligns with it, the swing stops feeling like work. Distance increases, ball contact improves, and the body stays healthy because it's moving the way it was built to move. Finding it is what a Motion DNA Screening does.

    Angular Force Plane

    Central balance

The foundation of a powerful swing.

Central balance is built around three points in the body: the chest, pelvis and knees. When these stay centered through the swing, your distance to the ball stays consistent and the club can move freely without compensations.

When one of those points shifts, forward, backward or sideways, the distance to the ball changes, and the body has to compensate to find it again. That's where golf gets hard.

With central balance, the swing is free all the way through.

    The science behind it

Built on biomechanics. Proven by results.

Balance Golf's way of working is grounded in decades of biomechanical research. Every recommendation comes from how the body actually moves, measured in degrees, centimeters and angles, not assumptions.

Our world-unique algorithm behind Motion DNA has mapped over 15,000 bodies and identified the patterns that turn compensation into a free and powerful swing. It analyses spine rotation, hip mobility, shoulder range and pelvic width, and generates a personal setup in minutes.

The science is complex. The result is simple.
