Balance Golf is proud to announce the launch of a completely new booking system, designed and developed by golf coaches, for golf coaches. The new system provides a smooth, user-friendly solution that makes it easier for golf coaches and golf clubs to organize their operations, improve customer relationships, and streamline booking processes.

With a deep understanding of the specific needs of golf clubs and golf coaches, Balance Golf has created a platform designed to meet these challenges. The system seamlessly integrates with websites and includes several smart features, all with an attractive payment model without fixed licensing fees. Some of the features include:

• Customizable scheduling – Enables easy management of group lessons, private lessons, and events, including shared resources. Flexibility to adapt the schedule based on each coach’s unique workflow.
• Automated reminders and notifications – Reduces no-shows by sending automatic reminders to students via email, improving both engagement and planning.
• Efficient payment management – Built-in features to easily manage payments, invoicing, and track financial flows, allowing coaches to focus more on teaching.

The booking system will be available to golf coaches starting January 1, 2025. To celebrate the launch, a free trial period is being offered until February 28, 2025, allowing coaches to explore all features at no cost.
