Balance Golf is thrilled to announce the appointment of Ulf Eliasson as its new CEO. Eliasson will spearhead the company’s next phase of growth, overseeing both its Nordic operations and global expansion.
With over 25 years of experience in sales and business development within the IT sector, Ulf Eliasson brings a deep understanding of digital service innovation, which will further accelerate Balance Golf’s growth strategy.
Balance Golf is renowned for its pioneering concept, where each golfer’s swing is personalized to suit their unique body and physical capabilities. This approach results in a powerful, efficient, and sustainable swing, enhancing both performance and long-term enjoyment of the game. The company has developed a digital platform tailored for golf coaches and golf clubs, and next year, a new digital service for golfers will be launched.
“I discovered Balance Golf three years ago, and it was love at first sight,” says Ulf Eliasson. “As an amateur golfer myself, I truly understand the drive to improve ball striking and make the game more enjoyable. The idea of achieving that while also ensuring the ability to play longer, healthier, is something that resonates deeply with me.”
Over the past year, Balance Golf has established a strong presence in Japan and is now expanding into South Korea, alongside its well-established position in the Nordic market. The company’s vision is to establish a foothold in all major golf markets by 2030, aiming to connect over one million golfers and certify 1,000 Balance Golf coaches worldwide.
“I’ve already had the opportunity to visit Tokyo and Seoul, and the response has been phenomenal. We now have over 30 certified coaches in Japan doing amazing work with local golfers, and South Korea is next on the horizon. I’m excited to lead Balance Golf into this next phase and, together with the team, continue to simplify life for both golfers and coaches alike,” concludes Ulf Eliasson.
